Good morning Lord,
You have been so good to me and so kind. I just want to thank you for being on my side all of the time, even when I get in my own way and don’t even seem to be on my own side. Lord you have blessed me with a season of plenty. Please give me wisdom, please send me people with wisdom to help me make wise choices and decisions so that what you have blessed me with will multiply and I am able to bless others accordingly. Do not let me squander your gifts, my talents.
My first week at my new school.
I was surprised 2 weeks ago that the principal who interviewed and hired me resigned. We have a new principal. I ask you to guide her in her choices and decisions. Lord show me how to do my job and other requests as you would do them so that I will please you and that will also please those who serve over me.
Lord little J and Kzl, and S and Gabe (all of them) are created in your image. Lord please see their deepest needs and let those be met. Holy Spirit let your presence guide me in every interaction with my students (your people) so that they will add to the joy and learning of the class instead of the disruption, that they will feel and be calm and safe with their bodies. Lord whatever is going on at home change it for the better do not allow these child to be left open to Satan’s attacks. Please cover them and cover me.
Lord I pray for my colleagues. I pray for you to destroy whatever evil spirits are lurking to glorify selfishness, insecurity, jealousy, division, worry, fear, competitiveness Lord I speak your name over it all in the name of Jesus! Where there is selfishness let it be replaced by generosity of spirit, insecurity and jealousy knowledge of knowing we belong to you security in You Lord and rooted in your word. Remind us that we are your masterpiece created in Christ Jesus to do good works that you created beforehand that we should walk in them. Strengthen my faith Lord. Replace jealousy with love for one another. lord cast out spirits of division and replace it with a spirit of unity- a unified spirit of love, peace, joy, kindness of our love for our students and each other. Lord replace our worries with gratitude and cast out all fear- replace it with power and a sound mind.
Lord thank you for allowing me the privilege of being a part of the Astor Teachers Travel Fellowship. You know I had some inner struggles, but you carried me through and it passed. It wasn’t forever. I met Sasha out of it and what a wonderful connection.
I would like to visit the UK again.
I am so grateful and blessed that I spent time with Christian, Sharla and my siblings: John, Tommy, Sandra and Melvin.
I miss them. Lord let me please spend more time with them over the years.
Lord show me who to love today and help me to love myself today in the most spiritually healthy of ways.
Please bless Esther Hinds. I love her. I want to see her next Saturday.
I love you Jesus, thank you for inviting me to be part of your family.
Let me praise you and honor you with my words, thoughts and actions.
